At the request of the Attorney General’s Office, a judge sent Javier Andrés Camayo Quiñónez, 24 years old, to prison. he was allegedly responsible for mistreating his grandmother, uncle, and father in Popayán (Cauca ).

The facts investigated would have occurred on two occasions; one of them on January 24 in the Juan Pablo Segundo neighborhood where it is believed, the defendant physically and psychologically attacked his grandmother, his father, and an uncle. Similar facts took place on June 1 against the same victims.

Members of the Technical Investigative Corps (CTI) and the National Police, with the support of the National Army, arrested Camayo Quiñónez by virtue of a court order on a public road in Bello Horizonte neighborhood in Cauca.

The Prosecutor’s Office charged the defendant with domestic violence.
