Javier Enrique Ramírez Gómez must now answer for the crime of receiving stolen property that was charged by the Prosecutor’s Office.
A prosecutor of the Sectional Office in Bogotá Branch charged Javier Enrique Ramírez Gómez, alias Porky, with receiving stolen property, as he is allegedly involved in the murder of journalist Cindy Natalia Castillo which occurred on December 24.
This crime is added to those of aggravated homicide, aggravated theft, and abusive access to a computer system that had already been charged against him last February.
According to the investigation, alias Porky, would be the one who stole the cell phones of two people who accompanied the journalist on December 24, 2021.
The phones were sold and transactions in bank accounts of the victim’s companions were attempted.
