People involved were charged. Preventive detention orders were issued for six of them and one has been released but still remains linked to the process.
Thanks to a joint investigative work between members of the Technical Corps of Investigation (in Spanish Cuerpo Técnico de Investigación CTI) of the Office of the Attorney General, Sectional Office in Caquetá and Sijin – National Police, five people who allegedly belong to a criminal organization were arrested. Besides these actions, two other people who remain under custody in Florencia (Caquetá) were notified of a new criminal proceeding.
Those individuals involved would be alleged members of an organization which committed armed robbery. The facts that link these people to the case are related to robberies in commercial establishments and against people in Florence (Caquetá).
