Criminal finances of the so-called ‘La Casona’ criminal organization which was involved in drug trafficking activities downtown Bogotá has received a hard blow

11 properties that were at the service of drug trafficking networks and were valued at 6.300 million pesos have been seized

The Office of the Attorney General and National Police make progress in their fight against illicit finances derived from actions committed of criminal organizations. In this sense, both institutions gave a hard blow to the criminal network known as ‘La Casona’ which is accused of coordinating the sale of drugs downtown Bogotá.

After 49 judicial proceedings conducted by CTI investigators of the Office of the Attorney General and Sijin – Metropolitan Police in neighborhoods ‘La Favorita’ and ‘Santa Fe’, investigators identified several buildings that were used to store narcotics and to commit illegal activities by ‘La Casona’
