Charges were brought against mayor and Secretary of Education in Miranda (Cauca) by the Office of the Attorney General

They illegally executed a contract intended for school meals program (Programa de Alimentación Escolar) at a cost over 80 million pesos

Charges were brought by the Office of the Attorney General against Leonardo Valencia Narváez, mayor of Miranda (Cauca), and  Ayda Ximena Ruíz Meneses, Secretary of Education of the municipality for alleged irregularities in contracts intended for a school meals program (Programa de Alimentación Escolar).
