The Criminal Investigation Team (CTI) and National Army arrested a man who is accused of attempting to create again the EPL* organization in Risaralda

Carlos Alberto Moreno was arrested by the Criminal Investigation Team (CT) – Office of the Attorney General and San Mateo Battalion (National Army) in San Sebastián neighborhood in Manizales (Caldas). He is wanted for firearms trafficking, possession of firearms and explosives of Armed Forces, as well as illegal storage of uniforms and badges.  

The above mentioned person who is known in the criminal background as Motorratón is investigated for the facts that took place on august 8^th 2015 in a farm named El Rocío located in Quinchía (Risaralda). On that day, an illegal warehouse storing 802 cartridges for 5.52 mm rifle, 12 rifle magazines (same caliber), pants, holsters, pixel caps and bags, among other supplies for official use was discovered.
