Today, Attorney General Néstor Humberto Martínez Neira and Deputy Attorney, María Paulina Riveros Dueñas, welcomed Attorney Fatou Bensouda of the International Criminal Court, as part of her official itinerary in Colombia.
Investigations conducted by the Office of the Attorney General into facts committed in armed conflict such as murders, forced displacement, illegal recruitment and sexual violence in armed conflict were topics addressed at the meeting, as well as the labor of the Office of the Attorney General concerning the reports for the Special Jurisdiction for Peace.
