Preventive detention orders were issued for alleged members of ‘La Playa’ criminal organization engaged in drug trafficking activities in Riosucio and Supia (Caldas)

Eleven (11) people who were arrested in Manizales, Riosucio and Supia (Caldas) were charged with criminal conspiracy and drug trafficking, manufacture and drug possession.

The defendants were members of a criminal organization named ‘La Playa’ which was involved in selling drugs. Its leader was identified as ‘Angie’. As a result of this  operation which was carried out by Sijin-National Police in Caldas, two other people were arrested and charged with drug trafficking, manufacture and drug possession since several doses of drug were found  in their possession.

The Office of the Attorney General gathered evidence of the existence of this organization which allegedly sold drugs in bars, night clubs and brothels.
