In order to provide citizens with several tools to file their complaints or obtain for information in a prompt, timely, centralized way, the Office of the Attorney General launched today Wednesday 26th July 2017 the New Contact Center.

To access the service, citizens can call toll-free for information as of today. Our number at national level is 018000919748 or landline number in Bogotá 5702000 or dialing from a cell phone 122.

By using the Contact Center citizens will be able:

          From Monday to Friday     24 hours per day

  • To file complaints on thefts, child sexual exploitation, cybercrimes, extortion
  • To be provided with guidance and information about our services in the whole country.
  • To count on the presence of a judicial authority
  • To know the status of your complaint
  • To process a request, complaint or congratulation

 

From Monday to Friday     8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  • To be provided with assistance whether you were a victim  of armed conflict
  • To file complaints on corruption and provide anonymous information about criminal activities (from August 2nd).

This new service complements the virtual system to file complaints (Adenunciar) by providing virtual methods for filing complaint and that way making easier the access to justice.
