Office of the Attorney General asked the court to issue a preventive detention order with imprisonment against the perpetrators of terrorist attack in Andino shopping mall in Bogotá

The Office of the Attorney General asked the 47^th Criminal Court (Guarantee Court) to issue a preventive detention order with imprisonment against the alleged members of the so-called Movimiento Revolucionario del Pueblo (MRP)* who are accused of being the alleged perpetrators of terrorist attacks committed in several areas of the main city, including the one committed on june 17^th in Andino shopping mall.

The Prosecutor in the case, who belongs to the National Office against Terrorism, presented in a public hearing a series of videos in which the alleged perpetrators appear a week before the terrorist attack in Andino. These were obtained from cameras of the shopping mall and stores near the place in which facts took place.
