In a new stage of an investigation, four members of the criminal gang known as “Los Tarjeteros” were arrested

The so called unit Estructura de Apoyo (in spanish EDA ) belonging to the Office of the Attorney General in Atlántico conducted the arrest of a man and three women in a new stage of an investigation into the criminal gang known as “Los Tarjeteros” which is involved in stealing money from bank accounts belonging to senior citizens and women carrying babies in arms by means of the so called “cambiazo”*

K.J.S.M., G.M.R.O. and  E.P.P.P. as well as another man H.R.S.P.were arrested in operations that were conducted in El Poblado and Normandia neighborhood in Sincelejo (Sucre).  

*The term used in Spanish is “cambiazo”: to change victim´s debit and credit cards in automated teller machines
