Office of the Attorney General requested to cancel the registry of 32 vehicles of Emcali that were allegedly illegally auctioned

It is a preventive measure in order to avoid these vehicles to be sold

The 4^th Special Prosecutor´s Office from the Special Group on Prioritized Cases (Valle del Cauca) requested the suspension of registry of 32 vehicles belonging to  Emcali which were illegally auctioned and registered by means of false pretenses at the Secretary of Transportation (Secretaría de Tránsito Municipal ) of that city.

This proceeding took place before the 8^th Municipal Criminal Court (Guarantee Court) after CTI investigators and Sijin- National Police members established that vehicles were allegedly auctioned by using false documents during the transfer of assets, mainly a certificate of the awarding from the company Martillo from bank Banco Popular.
