Former Secretary of Education in Bogotá, Oscar Augusto Sánchez Jaramillo, has been charged for the alleged execution of contracts without compliance of the legal requirements by a prosecutor from the Unit on Crimes against Public Administration (Unidad de Delitos contra la Administración Pública) – Sectional Office in Bogotá before the 6^th Court (Guarantee Court).
