Today, the so called “Audiencias Concentradas”* to prosecute former mayor of Kennedy César Henry Moreno Torres and former public servants Carlos Uriel Manrique Ladino and José Dionisio Cardenas Bolívar, and contractor of the mayor´s Office Ivonne Andrea Bohórquez Guzmán, began. The above mentioned were arrested on April 18th.
Moreno Torres will be charged with alleged execution of contracts without compliance of the legal requirements and embezzlement.
*A hearing in which more than one request is processed at the same time (legalize an arrest, bring charges or issue a preventive detention order).
