Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court in Antioquia ratified prison sentence of 44 years and 6 months for Arley de Jesús Sepúlveda Torres, alias Jorge 18, and Ramiro Alberto Pérez Castro, alias Cáscara, for the murder of 10 peasants in Santa Rosa de Osos municipality (Antioquia).
On December 22, 2015 Sepúlveda Torres and Pérez Castro, remaining members of Los Rastrojos, were sentenced in first instance by the 2nd Specialized Circuit Court in Antioquia for aggravated murder (multiple), attempted aggravated murder, terrorism, illegal possession of firearms for military and civil use.
