Alleged ringleader of a criminal organization shall be responsible for displacement of two families in the city of Medellín

The Office of the Attorney General will charge Julio César Perdomo González, alias “JP” or “el Viejo”, an alleged ringleader of a criminal organization who perpetrates crimes in at least 8 neighborhoods of the main city of Antioquia. He will be charged before the 2^nd Municipal Criminal Court in Antioquia (also with functions of a “Guarantee Court”)*.

Alias “el Viejo” shall be be responsible for aggravated criminal conspiracy and two crimes of forced displacement committed in July 2015 and March of this year.

* In this case this court also has an additional function which is called in Spanish “ambulante” which means a judge/court who travels or moves throughout places/cities when needed.
