Within the framework of Judicial cooperation with Spanish authorities, the Colombian citizen Héctor Albeidis Arboleda Buitrago known as “el enfermero”, “el médico”, “el zarzo” or “el mono” was transferred from Madrid (Spain) to Bogotá.
Arboleda Buitrago´s surrender to national authorities was made as a result of a formal request for extradition made by the Office of the Attorney General in Colombia to Spanish government on March 4, 2016.
