The Office of the Attorney General charged two Colombian citizens who were arrested in Madrid (Spain) with murder and disappearance of a female lawyer with both Colombian and Spanish citizenship

In a hearing, via skype with the 4^th Court in Valdemoro, Madrid (Spain) the 20^th Specialized Prosecutor´s Office in Cali (Valle del Cauca) charged Jhon Henry García Guarín and Miguel Mauricio García Rubio as alleged coauthors of forced displacement and aggravated murder.
