A Flipper boat with 3 Ecuadorian crew members transporting illegal substances was intercepted in the Pacific Ocean.
Johnny Liovijildo Macías Zambrano, José Leonardo Marín Espinales and Mauricio Agustín Mero López were arrested by the Office of the Attorney General in Tumaco in cooperation with Navy for drug trafficking offenses, manufacture and drug possession.
