Five alleged members of the criminal gang “La Inmaculada” were arrested

The 7^th Municipal Court in Medellín with supervisory functions (control de garantías) issued preventive detention orders with imprisonment for Ramiro Alonso Villa García, alias Cotobo; Marcos Sepulveda Herrera, alias Sayayín; David Alexánder López Escalante, alias Marrano; Clara Inés Múnera Londoño, alias Clara, her son, Cristian David Zapata Múnera, alias Chete for being alleged members of the criminal organization “La Inmaculada”.

According to the investigation which was conducted by the Office of the Attorney General, the defendants belong to a criminal organization known as “La Inmaculada” which operates in Caldas and is involved in drug trafficking, forced displacements, extortions and selective murders.
