Criminal charges were brought against Farc´s commander by the Office of the Attorney General for minor’s recruitment

Criminal charges were brought against the commander of the so called Jacobo Arenas militia, Marco Tulio Ulcué Yonda, alias “Marcos Chalita” or “Hugo” by the Office of the Attorney General in a case registered as a war crime and crime against humanity case.

According to the Office of the Attorney General, the defendant participated in recruiting indigenous minors belonging to Nasa and Misak communities since 2008 to 2014.
