Incident of reparation will be opened for victims of the “ Héctor Julio Peinado Becerra” AUC Front

From august 1^st to september 2^nd, there will take place a hearing  “Audiencia Concentrada” to legalize criminal charges and open an incident of reparation “incidente de reparación” for victims of criminal offenses committed by Juan Francisco Prada Márquez, alias Juancho Prada and 27 postulates “postulados” who were demobilized members of paramilitary and guerrilla groups.

With this incident, 487 facts which affected more than 1500 indirect victims will be addressed.
