The Office of the Attorney General will file a bill of indictment against Humberto Swan Barona, former chief executive of Acuavalle for alleged inconsistencies in a contracting process to collect taxes derived from provision of water services in several municipalities of Valle del Cauca.
According to the prosecutor in charge of the case who belongs to the Unit on Crimes against Public Administration, the contracting law principles to award contract number 026 dated May 16/2013 were violated.
