The Office of the Attorney General charged Juan Carlos Arteaga, Stívenson Méndez Martínez, Luz Enith Genes Pérez and Eliécer Bello Aguilar with firearms possession, trademark counterfeiting, receiving stolen property (aggravated) and use of a false document.
The 4th Municipal Court in Cartagena issued preventive detention orders with imprisonment against the above mentioned individuals. They did not plead guilty to charges. They allegedly belong to the so called “Clan del Golfo”.
