A judge in the city of Bucaramanga approved a plea bargain concerning Libardo Jaramillo Sarmiento (Corsoder´s legal representative) and Ulises Dueñas Villamizar (supervisor of mayor´s Office in Bucaramanga) and sentenced them to 62 and 70 months in prison, respectively, and they were ordered to pay 18 million pesos.
According to an investigation, the Office of the secretary for Social Development “Secretaría de Desarrollo Social” and Corsoder signed a contract under the administration of former major Héctor Moreno Galvis for 55 million pesos in order to train Community Action Committees´ leaders. However, the Office of the Attorney General determined that the convicted people took possession of 40 million pesos.
