Investigators from the Criminal Investigation Team CTI in Tumaco in coordination with Gaula (Army) arrested Norman Andrés Castro Angulo in flagrante for the alleged commission of illicit arms trafficking.
During this proceeding, a Prieto Beretta including its magazine, 9 cartridges (caliber 9 mm), a radio and two cell phones were seized.
