Twelve people who are allegedly involved in smuggling hydrocarbons were arrested in a joint operation conducted by the Office of the Attorney General, Air Force, Army and National Police.
A councillor from the municipality of Tibú (Norte de Santander), three members of the ELN’s Juan Fernando Porras Martínez Front and eight civilians who allegedly belonged to the network supporting terrorism were arrested.
