The Fifth Criminal Court from the Circuit in Pasto (Nariño) sentenced Juan Carlos Burbano Vallejo, the legal representative of “Consorcio Vias Nariño 2014” after the parties came to an agreement.
Criminal charges were brought against Burbano Vallejo after some irregularities were detected in a public tender that was carried out by the Governance Office of Nariño whose aim was to finish a project to pave 4.5 kilometers of the Junín- Barbacoas road.
