In a Session of Congress, the Office of the Attorney General explained the operation against mafias in the so called “El Bronx”

CTI Director from the Office of the Attorney General, Julián Quintana, attended a Session of the Commission “Comisión accidental de seguimientos a las violaciones de derechos humanos cometidas por la Fuerza Pública del Congreso”* in order to explain the activities that were conducted by the Office of the Attorney General during the operation that took place in the sector known as “El Bronx” which is located in the main city of the country.

Also, the session was attended by General Hoover Alfredo Penilla from the Metropolitan Police in Bogotá; the Director of the Colombian Family Welfare Institute (Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar – ICBF) Cristina Plazas Michelsen, and the Secretary of  Security in Bogotá, Daniel Mejía.
