The Office of the Attorney General brought charges against 54 alleged members of the criminal gangs denominated “La Empresa” and “Clan Úsuga” due to forced displacement of more than 9052 families between 2012 and 2014 in the region of Buenaventura (Valle del Cauca).

In the framework of the prioritization plan (priorización) implemented by the Office of the Attorney General in the southwestern part of the country, the Headquarters in Valle del Cauca brought charges in a massive way after collecting information for two years and carrying out an investigative analysis which allowed to established that 64 members of the criminal gangs denominated “La Empresa” and “Clan Úsuga” were engaged in the commission of forced displacement.
