Édgar Antonio Gutiérrez Arenas, alias Tomás or Leche, former ringleader of Clán Usuga will be inquired by a prosecutor from the National Prosecutor´s Office specialized in Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law (Dirección Nacional de Derechos Humanos y DIH) for the commission of forced displacement of lawyers Jairo de Jesús Cobaleda Roldán and his brother Jairo de Jesús.
On April 21, 2008 they were intercepted by the so called United Self Defense Forces of Colombia (AUC) – Noroccidente Antioqueño Bloc when they were moving toward the main city. Their whereabouts are unknown. Vehicle (plates BWW 231) that they using to transport has also disappeared.
