A preventive detention order was issued against Julián Mulato Escobar due to his participation in disturbances against the transportation system named TransMilenio which occurred in front of El Tintal Library last february 10th. He voluntarily turned himself in to the authorities.
This person who did not pled guilty for the charges brought by the Office of the Attorney General for disturbing public, collective or official transportation system in consistent sequence of serial crimes was sent to a prison in Bogotá whose name is Cárcel Nacional Modelo.
