A preventive detention order with home confinement was issued against Yeimy Pachón Rey by a supervisory judge (control de garantías) since she is allegedly liable for the commission of kidnapping and aggravated robbery offenses.
According to the prosecutor in charge of the case, facts occurred in January 2015 when Carolina Muñoz Chaparro, also a model, was allegedly forced to leave a restaurant located in the north area of Bogotá and taken to a road leading to the municipality of Tabio (Cundinamarca).
