Prosecutors from Uruguay are trained by the Office of the Attorney General in Colombia concerning the Accusatory Criminal System

Representatives from the Office of the Attorney General in Colombia visited Uruguay to attend seminar Proceso Penal Acusatorio e Investigación Criminal as lecturers. 120 prosecutors from the Office of the Attorney General in Uruguay and 16 officials from Ministry of Interior of aforementioned country attended the event. This activity, which took place from November 23rd to 25^th, was conducted within the context of the visit of the Office of the Attorney General in Colombia to its counterpart with support of the United Nations development Programme (UNDP).

Among the representatives of the Attorney General´s Office in Colombia who attended the event are Nancy Prieto, prosecutor belonging to the Division coordinating National Specialized Prosecutors’ Offices; Adolfo Franco Caicedo, a strategic analyst belonging to the Office of Judicial Police Specialized in Economic and Financial Matters; Isabel Cristina León Henao, regional director in Amazonas and David Bazzani Montoya, adviser for the National Office on Accusatory Legal System.
