A woman who allegedly abducted a 1-month-old baby girl from Cartagena (Bolivar) was detained

A preventive detention order with imprisonment in San Diego prison in Cartagena (Bolívar) was issued against Judith Orozco Cerón for aggravated abduction.

The decision was made by the 9^th Criminal Judge in Cartagena.

Orozco is accused of abducting a 1-month-old baby girl in a store in Turbaco (Bolívar).
