A preventive detention order with imprisonment was issued against Fernando Mancilla Aguilar who is allegedly responsible for what happened to his 11-year-old daughter since she swallowed 103 capsules holding drugs in Santiago de Cali (Valle del Cauca).
The facts occurred in November 17 when a minor arrived at a hospital located in the south area in Cali where these capsules were removed.
According to the Office of the Attorney General, the minor arrived at the hospital with her father who left the place. Likewise, it was stablished that the victim had a permit to leave the country sooner.
