A judge in Bucaramanga who has jurisdiction over this matter (juez de conocimiento) condemned two contractors involved in the cases of corruption against Public Administration in the mayor´s Office from this city.
Germán Ríos Moreno, the legal representative of Fundación Colombia Mejor was condemned to 36 months in prison and ordered to pay a 30 statutory minimum wages fine for the execution of a contract without the legal requirements, misrepresentation and embezzlement.
