A preventive detention order was issued against a Police Commander in a small town in Chocó for theft of precious metals

The 2^nd  Municipal Judge of mixed jurisdiction (in spanish “Juzgado Promiscuo”), with supervisory functions (control de garantías) in Istmina (Chocó) issued a preventive detention order with imprisonment against Carlos Mosquera Rodríguez, a Police Commander in a  small town denominated Bebedó, municipality in Medio San Juan (Chocó), as he allegedly committed theft in a mine (alleged co-author).

This decision also concerns the patrolman Francisco Andrade Mendoza and the private individual Andrés Geiles Hinestroza Murillo.
