Twenty four alleged members of a criminal organization engaged in micro trafficking in the north area in Valle del Cauca were arrested

As a result of joint operations conducted by CTI and Sijin members in Cali and Caicedonia (Valle del Cauca), in Pereira (Risaralda), twenty four (24) alleged members of Alex Toro´s criminal organization engaged in micro drug trafficking in the north area of Valle del Cauca were arrested.

According to what it was stablished, the above mentioned people are under investigation for five aggravated murders and five attempted murders occurred between 2012 and 2014. Alex Toro´s criminal organization, former member of the Rastrojos organization, leads micro trafficking activities in Caicedonia (Valle del Cauca) and it is estimated that he is expanding his modus operandi which consists in kilo sale throughout Pereira (Risaralda) y Montenegro (Quindío).
