Office of the Attorney General brought charges against alias Karina and alias Martin Sombra

A hearing against Elda Neyis Mosquera García, alias Karina; Ely Mejía Mendoza, alias Martín Sombra and 131 “postulados”₁ who belonged to FARC Armed Group moves forward. Charges will be brought and a preventive detention order will be issued at this hearing.

1.Postulado: demobilized member of illegal armed groups who postulated to obtain a benefit from the Justice and Peace Law.
