The Attorney General´s Office brought charges against 33 Army Officers in rural area of Guachené (Cauca)

The Second Specialized Prosecutor´s Office  brought charges against 33 Army Officers before the First Criminal Judge with supervisory functions (control de garantias). They belonged to the squad so called Pelotón Dinamarca Uno abscribed to Batallion known as Batallón Batalla de Pichincha, in Cali (Valle del Cauca) and they  allegedly participated in the murder of Jhon Jeiber Mina Guazá on September 27^th in rural área of Guachené (Cauca).
