Concerning the case of the illegal wiretapping scandal at the officially closed Colombian intelligence agency Administrative Department of Security DAS (Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad) convictions were issued against the Intelligence director during years 2003-2004, against coordinator assigned to the Operations Sub directorate, Counter Intelligence assistant director during years September and December 2004, and the Head of the Human Sources Subdirectorate.
