A hearing to adopt precautionary measures concerning two properties belonging to the FARC members Ely Mejía Mendoza, alias Martín Sombra and Hernando Buitrago Marta, will continue.
The Attorney General´s Office investigates alias Martín Sombra, Security Head of Manuel Marulanda Vélez armed column and commander of the 43 Front, for 12 relevant cases, disappearance, forced displacement and kidnapping that caused approximately 83 victims.
The hearing will take place at the Justice and Peace chambers in Bogotá and will be transmitted to Chiquinquirá and Complejo Metropolitano de Bogotá (Comeb) prisons through a videoconference.
