The Interim Attorney General asked Congress to request that the “Tribunal de Aforados” not investigate the Comptroller General and the Inspector General in Colombia

The Interim Attorney General, Jorge Fernando Perdomo, asked Congress that Inspector General, Comptroller General, Ombudsman, the Registrar, members of the Electoral Council  not be investigated by the new court Tribunal de Aforados* that will be created on the occasion of the constitutional reform that is  being developed in Congress.

*Tribunal de Aforados: Court that investigates senior Officials that have immunity.
