The Justice and Peace Chamber at the High Court excluded Juan Carlos Sierra Ramírez from the process at the request of the Specialized National Prosecutor´s Office on Transitional Justice. The above mentioned person is also known as el Tuso Sierra or El Ojón, demobilized member from the Héroes de Granada Bloc.
The Chamber considered that one of the reasons for his exclusion is that he used the armed group to develop drug-related activities.
