Noé Gabriel Vergara Pontón was sentenced for aggravated murder to more than 33 years

The 7^th Criminal Circuit Court hearing the case “Juzgado de Conocimiento” in Barranquilla (Atlántico) sentenced Noé Gabriel Vergara Pontón to 33 years and 4 months in prison for being the alleged responsible for the murder of Martín de Jesús Carrillo Cruz .
