The Specialized National Directorate of Prosecutor´s offices on Transitional Justice will hand over human remains of victims of violence from illegal armed groups.
The ceremony is scheduled for Friday 15th, at 8:30 a.m in hotel La Triada in Bucaramanga (Santander). The murders occurred between years 1999 and 2004 in Norte de Santander and south area of Bolivar.
