A preventive detention order was issued against mayor and former Planning Secretary in Sitionuevo (Magdalena)

A preventive detention order with home confinement was issued by the 6^th Municipal Criminal Judge with supervisory functions “control de garantías” in Santa Marta against Mayor in Sitionuevo, Omar Alfonso Díaz Gutiérrez, and former Planning Secretary, Ederlides Gutiérrez Manga, for the alleged offenses of execution of contracts without compliance of the legal requirements, misappropriation, breach of rules against disqualifications and incompatibilities.
