Next September 22nd, a judge hearing the case (Juez de Conocimiento) will pronounce the sentence against former representative of Armenia, Juan Carlos González Mora, for the offense of embezzlement by appropriation.
According to investigations conducted by the Prosecutor´s Office in Armenia (Quindío) Mora González authorized in September 2006 an expense for training, which is only intended for non-formal education, that exceeded the budget for this purpose by transferring money and causing an economic imbalance.
