The Attorney General´s Office requested a preventive detention order against Michael Mauricio Molina Esguerra and Jeison Stic Garzón Abella who allegedly committed extortion and breach of Public Duty since they asked for money in exchange for giving back a motorcycle.
The events occurred on July 12, 2013 during a police checkpoint in which two young men were inspected. During this proceeding, the police officers found a bag of marijuana. However, they asked them for $ 1 million pesos and did not prosecute them.
